February 11, 2001:
I weighed in today at 232. I've been sick for the past couple of weeks. I also had two tests last week. As a result, I haven't been keeping up with my exercise, and my eating habits haven't been the best. I just haven't had that determination that I have when I am successful.
But ... all that is about to change. I'm sick and tired of this spot. I have a goal to reach, and all this procrastination (and whining about it) isn't doing me any good.
My plan:
- Exercise M, W, F. If I miss a day, make it up on the weekends.
- Eat healthy. Only eat "bad" stuff on Saturdays.
- Drink 4 liters of water every day.
- Weigh in on Saturdays from now on.
I have also decided that when I reach 199 pounds, I am going to book a massage. :-)
