When was the last time I did Tae-Bo? I can't even remember! But I did it today! YAY!!! I always feel so great afterwards. I wish I could do it more often. Work has been stressful AGAIN ... so I know Tae-Bo would make me feel better if I just had time to do it. I also made the decision to stop taking Metabolife today. I think I'm ready to continue without it now! I know what to do, so I just have to continue doing it. By the way, my last weigh-in was last Sunday, at 260 pounds, so I was down another pound! My next weigh-in is tomorrow, so I'll write then.

Today was weigh-in and I'm down 2 more pounds for a total of 96! I'm at 258. I'm approaching 3 major goals here:
- 254 - 100 pounds lost
- 252 - 102 pounds lost, half way to my goal
- 249 - 105 pounds lost, less than 100 pounds to go
Am I excited? You bet! I need to think of a reward - a BIG reward. I don't know what it will be yet, but it will be BIG!!
I meant to say this yesterday. Last week I had a test in each of my 2 classes. I ended up getting an A on the biology test and a B on the psychology test! I'm so happy!! :-) School is going really well, and I've been able to control my emotional eating this time around.
I'm doing well with eating and WATER, WATER, WATER ... but as usual the exercise is nonexistant, with the exception of yesterday. I believe in setting reasonable goals, so my goal this week is to do Tae-Bo next Saturday and Sunday. If I can do it more, great! :-)

First things first! Last week I didn't lose or gain anything, but I thought I was retaining water. I felt it in my left foot like I always do. Soooooo ... this morning's weigh-in showed a 3 pound loss!!! This makes it a total of 99 pounds!! I am SOOOOOO CLOSE to that 100 mark! Better start thinking about a reward, huh??
I went to the doctor on Friday and the first thing he told me was, "You've lost a lot of weight." LOL!! I think I already knew that! But it made my day!
Well, this week it's back to school for me!! I've almost missed it this past week. It was nice to have the break, though! I'm looking forward to going back. :-)
